School of Medicine Alumni Scholarship Fund - With the high cost of training to become a physician, the School of Medicine aims to provide financial support to its medical students. Alumni have been a large part of that support. During the 2020 school year $1.35 million was given from endowed funds, Five for Five Funds and this fund to assist 380 of the 500 medical students with scholarship dollars. This expendable fund typically provides approximately thirty $5,000 scholarships a year.
