Quick Reference Calendar

  • January 18: Registration will open on the conference website: https://incs.utah.edu.
  • February 11: Deadline for early bird registration. Presenters should register by this date to ensure they are included in the program.
  • February 25-March 11: Submit conference presentation for pre-circulation. INCS has a unique panel format to facilitate discussion and collaboration. Presenters submit 8-10 page papers for circulation shortly before the conference and then give 7-8 minute synopses during the panel sessions.
  • March 24: Optional day activities and welcome reception. Panels and plenaries will be held Friday through mid-day Sunday.

Rates

Early bird registration rates will be available through Friday, February 11. The rates are as follows:

  • Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty: $225 Early Bird/$250 Regular
  • Non-Tenure-Track Faculty and Independent Scholars: $185 Early Bird/$210 Regular
  • Graduate Students: $125 Early Bird/$150 Regular

Refunds

We realize that planning during this tenuous time can be challenging, so we have instituted a cancellation policy that is as generous as possible. Cancellations made by February 11 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. For those who cancel by March 11, we can offer a refund minus $50 fee. There will be no refunds after March 11, except in the case of a registrant contracting COVID. Refunds (minus $50) will be available after March 11 in the case of a positive COVID test.


Vaccination Policy:

We require that all attendees be vaccinated (second shot or booster within 6 months of the conference) or obtain a negative COVID test within 72 hours before arrival. Please email a PDF or screenshot of your vaccination card to incs2022@utah.edu when you register.
