Registration for the 2024 HEIBO Conference @ The University of Utah October 15-16, 2024. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the HEIBO conference chair, Vicki Dowling, at vdowling@global.rutgers.edu. The last day to register is Sunday, September 29th, 2024.
Early Bird Rate: $450 (expires August 31st)
Regular Rate: $500
For a full refund of the event registration fees, cancellation notices must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on Saturday, August 31, 2024. Cancellation notices received between 12:00 a.m. MST on Sunday, September 1, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. MST on Sunday, September 22, 2024, will be processed at 50% of the event registration fees. No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00 a.m. MST on Monday, September 23, 2024.
Hotel Block: A block of rooms has been reserved at The Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek for October 14th-17th, 2024. The rate is $209.00/night + taxes & fees and reservations can be made by visiting HEIBO Conference Hotel.
The cutoff date is Sunday, September 29th, 2024.
Note: the nightly rate is good before and after the conference.
