Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel, please contact Rachel Peterson via email to receive a refund. Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least one day before the conference or September 22, 2025.

In the event or program is cancelled or rescheduled such that a registrant cannot attend, registrants will be offered a  full refund. Registrants will be contacted by email. If no email address is available, registrants will be contacted using whatever contact information they used to register for the meeting.
