2023 UCoPE Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be given up to 14 days before the conference, minus a $50.00 processing fee. 
• Cancellation between 1 week before and the first day will incur a $125.00 cancellation and processing fee. 
• Day of and after beginning of conference no refunds will be given -- except for exceptional circumstances, minus a processing fee.
