Rejection in academia is common. The best scholars experience rejection of manuscripts and grant proposals frequently, but they keep going. No matter how many times we tell ourselves that rejection is a normal part of scholarship, it still hurts when it happens. This workshop explores strategies for learning from rejection and moving on.
