All participants MUST register by MAY 5, 2015, including those presenting.

Registration includes dinner on Wednesday night at one of Utah's world class resorts, Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Transportation will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To qualify for a full refund of the registration fee in the event of a cancellation, you must provide notice of your intent to cancel to Rebecca Smith, rebecca.smith@socwk.utah.edu, no later than 5 pm MDT on Friday May 8, 2015. After that date, refunds of the registration fee are not available for regular cancellations.
