Donations are invited to support the Daniels Martinez Endowed BSW Scholarship. Established in 2010 by College of Social Work alumni Debra Daniels and Kai Medina-Martinez, this annual scholarship aims to support a Bachelor of Social Work student from an under-represented group. While both donors are graduates of the MSW Program, they were specifically committed to supporting a BSW student to highlight the significance of a bachelor's degree and to foster the passion for service that motivates students pursuing this path. Debra Daniels served as the third director of the University of Utah's Women's Resource Center and retired in 2020 after 17 years of dedicated service.
