Non-Refundable Studio Rental Administrative Fee

To be paid after date of request has been confirmed. Payment of this fee is required prior to a rental agreement being written. Rental Requests MUST be made AT LEAST 45-days in advance of rental date to allow time to collect required signatures.

 






For non-consecutive rental dates, an additional administrative fee will apply for each rental. Changes in the original rental agreement will result in a $20 processing fee for editing. THIS IS THE ONLY PAYMENT THAT CAN BE DONE BY CREDIT CARD all other payments must be made by check or cash. The full Rental Deposit, signed Rental Agreement, & Certificate of Insurance must be received within 10 business days of your agreement being emailed or your rental days may be released.
