University of Utah Continuing Education prices are in US currency.  All orders must be paid in US funds.  Prices listed in this brochure are subject to change without notice.  If this occurs, registration prices will be made known to you via the "UMarket" website registration service.  Prices for contuing education:

Single Event Pass:
$50 (7 days before event); $65 (<7 days prior to event)
Hygiene: $30 (7 days before event); $35 (<7 days prior to event)
Lab: $30 (7 days before event); $35 (<7 days prior to event)

*All above passes can be transferred to any other person for single events that you choose, with a 24-hour notice prior to the event.

Course Cancellation Policy
A course transfer of any event is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event.  A course cancellation is permitted up to one week prior to an event for full refund.  Because of our small enrollment size, attendee substitution is difficult, so we are unable to offer a refund for cancellation made less than seven days prior to an event.

AGD PACE Approval
The University of Utah Contuing Education is designated as an Approved PACE Program by the Academy of General Dentsitry.  Approval does not imply acceptance or AGD endorsement.  The current term of approval extends from 03/01/2016 - 02/28/2020.  Provider ID is 363354.  All courses from this provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership, and membership maintenance credit.
