Course Description:
Cone beam computed tomography is a powerful dentistry tool widely used for diagnosis and treatment planning in various clinical conditions. Over two decades of CBCT use have made us aware of how often patients present anatomical variations not seen on 2D radiographs. Moreover, these anatomical variations may significantly impact treatment planning. This course covers common anatomical variations seen on CBCT and how these findings impact clinical practice.
At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Recognize dental, osseous, and neurovascular anatomical variations commonly observed in CBCT exams.
- Discuss the clinical significance of anatomical variation findings and how they may influence treatment planning.
Please note: Fee details, there are no discounts available for the ACDE Live Webinar Series, and the presentations are not recorded.
