Two Camp Types
**Must register one student at a time unless they are registering for the same camp type**
Audience: 9th-12th grade (girls and boys aged 15-18)
Dates: June 28-30, 2021
Fees
3-Day Virtual Camp: June 28-30, 2021, 10am-3pm (cost: $20)
Option for 3rd-day In-Person Rather than Virtual: June 30, 2021, 10am-3pm (cost: $40 -additional cost: $20 to cover hover craft supplies and lunch, limited to 20 students)
Join us, along with other kids your age, researchers, and college students currently studying engineering. This camp is a 3-day camp from 10am-3pm. Campers have two options for registering. They can either be completely virtual all 3 days for the cost of $20. However, if they would like to be on-campus on the 3rd day, there’s and additional $20 fee. Please note, all campers will receive instruction on how to build a hover craft weather they are virtual or in-person. If you are virtual on the 3rd day, you will need to purchase your own supplies ($10-$15) for the hover craft build. A list of supplies will be emailed to you after registration.
Campers get to experience hands-on learning, guest speakers, and tours of lab spaces. Come explore engineering with activities that encourage the use of problem-solving skills. The camp will introduce you to engineering disciplines such as biomedical, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, entertainment arts, materials science, mechanical, and computer science.
