Dear NEMSIS Stakeholder, thank you for being a champion for EMS Services.

We invite you to join us and register early for your seat at the NEMSIS Annual v3 Implementation Meeting.

Due to limited seating, we can only accept two in-person registrations per state EMS office representation and two in-person registrations per software company. We kindly ask that you adhere to this "Honor Code." If more seating is available, we will provide updates on the bi-weekly v3 Implementation Calls. 


Virtual attendees, please click on the Virtual Meeting Registration on the left. 

There is a fee required per virtual registration and there is no limit on the number of registrations. A unique code will be sent per completed registration.


If you register for the in-person meeting and need to change to virtual registration or vice-versa, or have any other questions please contact Monet Iheanacho.


Cancellations for the NEMSIS in-person meeting registration must be made in writing and sent to nemsis@hsc.utah.edu. Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. No refunds on virtual registration fees.
