Welcome to National Theatre Live!

The Tanner Humanities Center and Salt Lake Film Society proudly present National Theatre Live – a series performances captured live and in ultra high definition by the Royal National Theatre in London.

Tanner-hosted NT Live screenings are generally held Saturdays at Broadway Centre Cinemas (map) beginning at Noon. Doors open at 11am. Occasionally, we host screenings on weekday evenings. Funds earned from ticket sales help provide free educational screenings to K-12 schools throughout Salt Lake County.

Saturday screenings: tickets can be purchased online here until Noon the Friday before each show. For day-of ticket sales, please visit the Broadway box office after 11am. Tuesday screenings: online sales will close day of at Noon. For standby or wait list information, please call 801-581-7989.

To Purchase Tickets

  1. Click here to see the complete list of upcoming screenings
  2. Click on the title of a screening to purchase tickets for that event
  3. Select ticket type and quantity and then click "Add to Cart"
  4. Click the "Checkout" button and fill in the required information
  5. To finalize your purchase, click the "Place Order" button. Only click the "Place Order" button once. It may take a few moments for your order to process.
  6. When you order is placed, you will receive an "Order confirmation" e-mail.
  7. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a “Payment confirmation” email. This is important.

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
If you do NOT receive a “Payment Confirmation” e-mail shortly after submitting payment, either your e-mail address was entered incorrectly or your payment was not processed. You will need to call to confirm your purchase and/or start the purchase process over. Call 801-581-7989 for assistance.

SAVE PAPER!
There is NO need to print your receipt. Tickets will be held under your name at the will call table just inside the Broadway on the day of the show for pickup. Again, doors open at 11am. Seating is first come, first served. If you are not in your seats 10 minutes prior to start time, your seats may be given away. We reserve the right to check your ID to verify discounted ticket purchases.
