Welcome to National Theatre Live!

The Tanner Humanities Center and Salt Lake Film Society proudly present National Theatre Live – a series of filmed performances by Great Britain's Royal National Theatre company in London. 

In 2009, the National Theatre company started National Theatre Live, broadcasting the best of British theatre to cinemas around the world. Screenings are shown in high definition and utilize dynamic camera work to provide an engrossing viewer experience. 

All Tanner-hosted NT Live screenings are held at Salt Lake Film Society's Broadway Centre Cinemas (map) beginning at Noon. Doors open at 11am.

Tickets can be purchased online until 3pm Friday prior to every show. Visit the Broadway box office for day-of tickets. Box office opens at 11am. 

To Purchase Tickets

  1. Click here to see the complete list of upcoming screenings
  2. Click on the title of a screening to purchase tickets for that event
  3. Select ticket type and quantity and then click "Add to Cart"
  4. Click the "Checkout" button and fill in the required information
  5. To finalize your purchase, click the "Place Order" button. Only click the "Place Order" button once. It may take a few moments for your order to process.
  6. Once your order is processed, your will see an order confirmation page. You will also receive an “Payment confirmation” email.

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ | If you do NOT receive a “Payment Confirmation” e-mail shortly after placing your order – your order has not been processed or your e-mail address has been entered incorrectly. Tickets will be held under your name at will call table just inside the Broadway Theatre. There is no need for you to print out your receipt. Seating is first come, first served. If you are not in your seats 10 minutes prior to start time, your seats may be given away.
