Office of Orientation and Transition

Parent, Family & Supporter Orientation offers the opportunity for parents, families, and other support members to meet other families of Utah students, learn about the University, and ask questions to truly understand the University of Utah and how to support a University of Utah student.

Parent, Family & Supporter Orientation is a one-day event with limited spots. Participants are not required to register for the same date as their student. While there will be brief opportunities for time with your student, please anticipate being separated for the majority of the event.

Once a date is full, we are not able to accommodate additional registrants. Waitlists are unavailable, and walk-ins are not permitted. For any changes to your registration, kindly review our financial policy.
