Welcome to the registration site for the 2023 Utah Regional Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation Conference.  A combined effort from the University of Utah, Intermountain Health Care and American Heart Association to bring you the latest information of Stroke and Rehabilitation.

This conference will be in person with a virtual option via zoom.  You can elect which way you would like to attend on the registration form.
