Tanner Dance Program

Ballet placement class

This is a series of six year-long workshops that integrate the arts into the academic curriculum.

Each workshop focuses on an art form or integrated arts as they relate to other areas of the curriculum: math, Language arts, science, social studies and life skills. Classes meet the first Tuesday via Zoom and will repeat the second Tuesday of the month in person at a Salt Lake City District School. You do not need to attend both weeks. You can choose to come in person one month and on zoom another month. Whichever week works best for your schedule. After registering you will receive the links and password for the virtual meetings.

Please choose one time slot for the placement class. On the day of placement classes, please have your dancer arrive dressed in dance clothes fifteen minutes before his/her scheduled time. 

**You must have a 1st grade dancer currently enrolled in a Tanner Dance class to sign up for the placement class.**

A limited amount of flowers will be sold at the show for $17.00 while supplies last

Pick up flowers in the lower level of Kingsbury by the restrooms before or after the show.

Open Auditions for incoming CDT 7th Grade - 9th Grade

Tuesday, April 22 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Dancers entering 7^th-9^th grade for 2024-2025
