String Study Instrument Rental

School of Music String Study I or II Rental Request Form and Payment. Instruments are only issued to students currently enrolled in String Study I or String Study II.

This is to be submitted before coming to the School of Music to pick up instrument and finish completing rental contract.

The renter agrees to pay $25.00 per semester. Payment is due at the time of issue. If instruments and any accessories are not returned before or by the last day of finals, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $10.00 for every day the instrument is late.
