School of Music


Price: 25.00

Degree recitals (senior recitals, masters recitals, and doctoral recitals) cost $150, which is charged as a special course fee (with your tuition bill) when you register for the 1-credit recital course. In addition, a refundable $25 deposit is required for all recitals. See Student Recital Scheduling Policy for more information.

Late fee will $150 if recital is scheduled after September 13, 2024 for Fall 2024

School of Music Instrument Rental Request and Payment. Instruments are only issued to students currently enrolled in School of Music Ensembles.

Payment and request form are to be submitted two days prior to coming to the School of Music to pick up instrument and finish completing rental contract.

The renter agrees to pay $75.00 per academic year, per instrument.  Payment is due at the time of issue. If instruments and any accessories are not returned before or on May 10th, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $10.00 for every day the instrument is late.

A fee for use of practice facilities is $60.00 per academic year (August 1 – July 31) for Music major (payable for the entire academic year only).  Fees are non-refundable.  The fee only needs to be paid one time each academic year. School of Music Marching Band Instrument Rental Request and Payment. Instruments are only issued to students currently enrolled in School of Music Ensembles.

The renter agrees to pay $40.00 per academic year, per instrument.  Payment is due at the time of issue. If instruments and any accessories are not returned before or on May 10th, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $10.00 for every day the instrument is late.

Recital rescheduling fee for recitals scheduled for a different date or to schedule a recital during a different semester than the semester you registered for your recital there will be a $150 non-refundable rescheduling fee. In addition, a refundable $25 deposit is required for all recitals. See Student Recital Scheduling Policy for more information.


Price: 50.00

A fee for use of practice facilities for piano performance majors is $100.00 per academic year (August 1 – July 31).  This fee allows access to additional rooms with grand pianos. Fees are non-refundable.  The fee only needs to be paid one time each academic year.
