Managing your rental account just got easier!  We are pleased to announce the University Student Apartments Resident Portal. 

 The Resident Portal will allow you to pay your rent or other charges in any amount with no service fee. Your rental account ledger, including the balance of your account, will be available for you to see.

 You will also be able to submit Maintenance Requests, view the status of your request and see your Maintenance Request history. 

 The primary resident (as well as roommates in Medical Plaza) for your apartment have been emailed an invitation to register for the portal.  The invitation was sent to the email address on file at the Main Office. 

When you receive your invitation YOU MUST REGISTER OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE.
