This course is the practical skills session associated with the American Heart Association Heartcode BLS Provider course. You must register and pay for the Elearning portion through onlineAHA.org prior to attendance in this course.* Professional Rescuer CPR is designed for students who will be working in a health care setting or a rescue setting such as first responder or lifeguard. This is also the proper prerequisite to EMT courses. It includes one and two-rescuer CPR, Automated External Defibrillation (AED) and use of adjunct respiratory equipment. This class is taught one Saturday per month and starts at 9:00am and goes until all the material is completed (generally 1.5 - 2 hours). This is a noncredit class.
