You must have taken an approved Advanced EMT training course and have been recommended by the program manager or course coordinator of that course to be eligible for this exam. The cost of the complete exam is $100. Payment for this exam does not constitute course completion, recommendation or registration for the psychomotor exam. This site is only used for payment of exam fees. To register for the next available exam you must contact the exam coordinator listed on the NREMT website or your Utah course coordinator to be placed on the reservation list. Space is limited and you must be on the reservation list or you will be dismissed from the testing site. According to NREMT, if you failed 5 or more skills exams in one attempt, you must complete the entire 10 station psychomotor skills exam, not just the skills you failed.
