Orthopaedic Center Green Fund The University of Utah Orthopaedic Center has a dedicated Green Team who is interested in ways to make the UOC more energy efficient at little to no cost. However, some of the more efficient options do cost money and here is an opportunity to donate funds to the UOC Green Fund to allow for future development of: solar thermal water system for heating the pool, possible options of solar panels or wind generated power to offset the usage from the UOC, retro-commissioning parts of the UOC to increase energy efficiency, and purchasing renewable energy credits in conjunction with the University of Utah campus and Rocky Mountain Power. |
