scholarships Fred Rhodewalt Memorial Fund in Psychology
A new scholarship for Psychology graduate students in honor of Professor Fred Rhodewalt, who helped shape the department over the course of several decades. Fred was a leader in the field of Personality and Social Psychology. He was innovative in his research, entertaining and inspiring as a teacher, and exceptionally appreciative of interesting new ways of exploring issues that have some theoretical heft. This legacy will be honored by acknowledging innovative graduate student research.

For nearly 30 years, Nancy Klekas served the department exceptionally well as Accounting Supervisor. Perhaps more importantly, she played a central role in building a strong sense of community within the department. We remember Nancy for her warmth and humor, her unfailing positive outlook on life, her integrity, and her willingness to go the extra mile to help others. This award in Nancy's honor will be given to Psychology graduate students who have demonstrated these very same values.
