For faculty who are interested in developing their professional coaching skills, U-CAN will be holding a coaching skills workshop in March 2024. The workshop will take place over two 3-hour sessions on March 20th and 27th from 9am to noon. Topics of the workshop include:

•What is mentoring?

•Setting commitments and expectations

•Using coaching skills in mentoring

•Providing perspective and feedback

•What to do when relationships begin to drift
