If you don’t promote your expertise and achievements, it’s unlikely that others will do it for you unless you are lucky enough to have sponsors (colleagues who promote your work, and/or assist with your career advancement). This workshop explores ways to gracefully promote yourself without appearing arrogant, and how to find sponsors among your colleagues.
