Attachment to outcomes in situations beyond our
control creates a cycle of expectation and disappointment.
When we invest our emotions and in specific results, we
become vulnerable to the unpredictability of life. When
things don't go as hoped, attachment leads to feelings of
failure, frustration, and sadness. By learning to accept
uncertainty and focusing on our actions rather than the
outcomes, we can reduce anxiety and find more peace and
contentment in our lives.
During this three-part workshop we’ll explore how to
recognize our own emotional attachments, how to embrace
uncertainty and make healthy choices, how to gain clarity and
direction, and how to let go.
