U Career Success

Thank you for your interest in the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment! By purchasing a CliftonStrengths Access Code directly from the U Career Success office, you're securing access at a discounted rate. Upon processing your order, you will receive an email from Gallup containing instructions to complete the assessment. Please note, this is a manual process from our office to Gallup and may take 2-3 days, and will not happen on the weekends. 

Once you've completed the assessment, we invite you to schedule a meeting with a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach at our office. They will help you understand your strengths profile and how to leverage it for personal and professional success.
