Nutrition Counseling

 

Nutrition counseling can provide education and counseling on a variety of wellness topics, including healthy eating, food allergies, nutrition and physical activity, weight management, and any other nutrition or food-related questions! Our nutritionist is available to help you tailor your diet to meet your personal health needs through an individualized, collaborative approach.

 

Our Nutrition Counselor:

Eric received his BS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri and is now a graduate student at the University of Utah. Being an athlete in high school and college, he learned that nutrition plays a critical role in maximizing performance. This passion led Eric to pursue a graduate degree in the field of Dietetics at the University of Utah so he could educate other athletes, students, and community members on the importance of nutrition and the integral role it plays in achieving peak performance.
