Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium

The University of Utah Supportive & Palliative Care Program is thrilled to sponsor the Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium.  We are committed to providing the highest level of evidence-based education to our palliative and hospice colleagues in the community and beyond.  This in-person symposium is designed for mid-career & new professionals in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, social work, chaplaincy, & administrative positions with the goal of improving the care of patients with serious & terminal illness, & their families.

This one day symposium will offer the participant the most up-to-date & evidence based content available.  The faculty have been carefully selected for their expertise, many being nationally recognized.  Networking opportunities will be available throughout the day to interact with faculty & fellow attendees.

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 19, 2024.  All fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before April 19, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after April 19, 2024 for cancellations or no-shows.
