Car Seat Safety

It is recommended that you purchase a car seat prior to taking this class so you can bring it and the manual with you.  The instructor will help you install the seat in your car.  

Did you know that close to 90% of car seats are installed or used incorrectly? This class will help you to understand the small adjustments that will have a huge impact on the safety of your seat.  Taught by a Child Passenger Safety Technician you will learn common mistakes and gain confidence in using the seat correctly.  

Please bring the car seat and owner manual you will be using along with the vehicle owner manual (if you plan on using multiple vehicles please bring all manuals).

Hospital Tours: What to Expect in Labor & Delivery, Birth, and Post Partum

***We still require masks for entering the Newborn Intensive Care Unit or the Intermediate Care Nursery.

Knowing your way around the hospital will help you to feel more comfortable as you approach your labor and birth.  Join one of our Perinatal Educators for a tour of OBES, Labor and Delivery, and the Postpartum unit.  You will learn everything you need to know such as: where to park, visitor policies, food options, standards of care, and have the opportunity to get your questions answered. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes but varies based on the needs of the group. Start times will vary.

Meet at the lobby Starbucks 10 minutes prior to tour starting. Please be early, as the tour will start on time and you will not be able to join the group late.
