Hospital Tours: What to Expect in Labor & Delivery, Birth, and Post Partum

***Registration price is for the birthing person and one support person. Partners are encouraged to attend all classes offered!***

Knowing your way around the hospital will help you to feel more comfortable as you approach your labor and birth.  Join one of our Perinatal Educators for a tour of OB Emergency, Labor and Delivery, and the Postpartum unit.  You will learn everything you need to know such as: where to park, visitor policies, food options, standards of care, and have the opportunity to get your questions answered. The tour will last approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour but varies based on the needs of the group. Start times will vary. 

Please be aware that the safety and privacy of our patients is of the utmost importance. In the event that one or more of the units has a high number of patients, you might not be able to view a room on that unit.  Our educator will do their best to help you see as much of the area as possible without disrupting patient care.

Meet at the lobby Starbucks 10 minutes prior to tour starting. Please be early, as the tour will start on time and you will not be able to join the group late.
