Virtual Super Childbirth Preparation

THESE CLASSES ARE VIRTUAL. A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLASS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS.

Cost of registration includes mom and support person.

This one day condensed childbirth class covers: labor and birthing processes, labor and birth options, pain relief options, introductions to breathing patterns and relaxation.
