This is a four week series that meets once a week for four weeks. This class focuses on labor and birthing options, pain relief, support person preparation, breathing patterns and relaxation techniques, comfort measures for use during labor, birth and recovery and a tour of the Labor & Delivery and Maternal Newborn Care Units at the hospital.
