This class is a supplemental childbirth preparation class specific for the LGBTQ+ birth and family building experience. It will not cover childbirth or breastfeeding/chestfeeding in depth. The class will address navigating the healthcare system, how to find LGBTQ+ affirming providers, perinatal mood disorders, infant feeding such as induced lactation, and laws unique to the LGBTQ+ family building experience. This is a one or two part series depending on the needs of class members. This class is designed to be catered to the needs of each family as best as possible.
